Basically, the people around you has a lot of influence in your life without even knowing. It could be your mom, dad, siblings, friends, teachers, colleagues and even a stranger, The list goes on, these people have a lot of us doing what we don’t even want to do. The influence is real whether you understand or not, but it is real.
I, personally was a victim of this all my life until I realised that I’ve parroted this, It’s been put in my head and that I’m not someone like that and to come out of it is a great feeling because you can literally be you without caring about what any other person thinks about you and literally not giving a fuck about what others think is the best place to be at, that I am sure of.
Everybody has some flaws and things they are not good at. I’m not as good at football as I want to be but I still love it. Will I be good at it if I practice a lot? Yes. But will I be as good as professionals? No.
Everybody has things that they are good at or bad at, just taking it that way helps but what these voices do is judge.
That judgement keeps creating insecurities in you. These opinions, judgements, voices slowly but surely manipulates your head into doing things that aren’t really you. Which keeps leading you to being unhappy cause you’re not really doing you. Nobody realises this, but it’s the truth.
Voices from the outside is single greatest poison there is.
Just be, do YOU all the time, that’s the greatest strategy to be happy..
